You can add additional AC systems or mini splits to your plan at a reduced rate. Pricing for each additional unit is listed under each plan.

Yes. When you enroll in a Full Spectrum Maintenance Plan, we’ll honor the remaining term of your current agreement, so there’s no gap in coverage.

Yes. We service systems with active manufacturer warranties.

Each year you’re on a plan, you earn a loyalty credit toward a future system replacement: $50 per year on the Comfort and Complete Comfort plans, and $75 per year on the VIP Comfort Plan. Credits accumulate and never expire while your plan is active.

The $500 (Complete Comfort) or $750 (VIP Comfort) discount is available after you’ve been an active plan member for at least 12 consecutive months. It has no cash value and can’t be combined with other promotional offers.

If your condensate drain line clogs within the guarantee period after a maintenance visit (30, 60, or 90 days depending on your plan), we’ll clear it. With an AC Max Tech installed, the guarantee becomes year-round.

Yes. Every plan is available as a monthly or annual payment.
